1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fdbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at fdbaji.net and all associated services, applications, and features made available by fdbaji.

By accessing the fdbaji website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you fully understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the fdbaji platform.

This Agreement applies to all users of fdbaji regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access the platform. Users accessing fdbaji via mobile devices are subject to the same terms as users accessing the platform via desktop browsers.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fdbaji is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+ fdbaji strictly does not accept players under the age of 18. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory age verification checks.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would expose fdbaji or the player to criminal liability.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or agent of fdbaji, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by fdbaji or any third-party responsible gaming programme from which you have not been formally removed.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

fdbaji may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the restriction or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of fdbaji's services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in real-money games and betting markets, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You agree to keep all registration information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the fdbaji support team at [email protected].

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active fdbaji account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Where fdbaji identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended without prior notice. Any balances held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture, and any winnings generated from a duplicate account will be voided.

3.3 KYC Verification

fdbaji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, and periodically during the lifecycle of your account, fdbaji may require you to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your name)

fdbaji processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification are used solely for the purpose of identity and age confirmation and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our payment processing partners.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fdbaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fdbaji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fdbaji immediately by contacting our support team. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, including temporary suspension of login access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

fdbaji accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking channels. Minimum amounts for bank transfer and card payments may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your fdbaji account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. fdbaji does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are the responsibility of the depositing player.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your fdbaji account. fdbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending completion of the verification process. fdbaji aims to process verified withdrawal requests for mobile banking channels within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.

4.3 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your fdbaji account is incorrect, unauthorised, or the result of a technical error, you must report it to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. fdbaji will investigate all disputed transactions in good faith and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fdbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your fdbaji account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any portion of the bonus balance — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated in each bonus offer. fdbaji does not bury wagering requirements in fine print; they are presented at the top level of every offer description.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fdbaji employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus via multiple accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, systematic exploitation of free-spin mechanics to extract value without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated abuse by groups of players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

5.4 Promotional Changes

fdbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account remains subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or a site notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All sports bets placed on fdbaji are accepted subject to the odds and market conditions prevailing at the time of placement. fdbaji reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, where the odds were published in error, or where fdbaji reasonably suspects the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined or corrupted outcome.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to real-time odds that fluctuate continuously throughout the event. fdbaji endeavours to suspend in-play markets during key event moments (wickets, goals, card incidents) to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. Any bets placed during a period of market suspension may be voided at fdbaji's discretion.

6.3 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the fdbaji platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNG) or provably fair technology. Game results are determined entirely by the underlying RNG and cannot be influenced by fdbaji, the game studio, or the player. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, display errors, or incorrect odds — fdbaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. fdbaji shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fdbaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the fdbaji platform or any third-party game. Players who discover such vulnerabilities must report them to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on non-public insider information about sporting events.
• Money laundering, using the fdbaji platform to process illegally obtained funds, or conducting transactions for the purpose of financial crime of any kind.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your fdbaji account.
• Using the platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or impairs its infrastructure, including via denial-of-service attacks or scraping.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by fdbaji

fdbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or the continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to fdbaji.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. fdbaji aims to conclude account investigations within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to permanently close their fdbaji account for any reason — including responsible gaming reasons — may request closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by fdbaji — all pending bonus offers, unreleased bonus balances, and associated wagering progress are forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active bonus restrictions or ongoing investigations will be returned to the player per Section 8.2 above.

9 Responsible Gaming

fdbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is changing in a way that concerns you, fdbaji encourages you to make use of the tools described below.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap on your account to control your spending. Limits can be lowered immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fdbaji's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their fdbaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fdbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.

fdbaji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure and functional. fdbaji shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party software, network failures, or internet connectivity issues outside of fdbaji's control.

11 Amendments to These Terms

fdbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights in a substantive way, introduce new obligations, or modify existing financial terms — fdbaji will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email and a site-wide notice displayed on the fdbaji homepage.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of the Agreement — fdbaji may update this page without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the fdbaji platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fdbaji is incorporated and operates as an offshore platform.

In the event of a dispute between a player and fdbaji, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the fdbaji support team. Players should submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the resolution sought. fdbaji will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of formal submission, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that they are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, and fdbaji makes no representations about the enforceability of this Agreement under Bangladeshi law in any specific context.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
